Managing Your Team and Subscription

1. Getting Started: The 14-Day Free Trial

We use a "Payment-First" signup flow to ensure uninterrupted service, but you are not charged until your trial ends.

How to Sign Up

1. Start Trial: Visit the marketing site and fill out the signup form with your business details.

2. Stripe Secure Checkout: You will be redirected to a Stripe Checkout page to start your 14-day free trial. A valid card is required, but the total will be $0.00 due today.

3. Activation: After checkout, you will receive an activation email. Click the link to Set Your Password.

4. Onboarding: Log in at app.crewopspro.com. You will see an onboarding wizard to help you set up your business profile and invite your first team members.

2. Managing Team Members

You can invite unlimited users (depending on your plan) to join your organization. Each user gets their own login credentials.

Inviting a New User

1. Navigate to Settings → Team Management.

2. Click "Invite Member".

3. Enter their Email Address and select a Role (see below).

4. The user will receive an email invitation to set their password and download the mobile app.

3. User Roles & Permissions

Creative Job Hub uses a strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system to ensure users only see what they need to see. There are four primary roles:

👑 Owner: Has full access to everything. Only Owners can manage Billing, view Organization Secrets (like Mapbox tokens), and delete the account.

dispatcher (Manager): Designed for office staff. Can manage the Schedule, create Jobs/Estimates, and view the Jobs Map. They cannot access billing or delete the organization.

🚛 Technician: Designed for field staff using the mobile app.
  • Limited View: Can only see jobs assigned to them (or unassigned pool).    
  • Capabilities: Can clock in/out, view client details for their jobs, upload photos, and generate field invoices.
  • Restrictions: Cannot see business analytics or total company revenue.
📊 Accountant: Access is focused on financial tools. Can view Invoices, Payments, and Reports, but cannot modify the schedule or delete technical configurations.

4. Subscription & Billing

Your subscription is managed securely through Stripe.

Managing Your Plan

View Status: Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan (Starter, Team, or Pro) and next payment date.

Upgrade/Downgrade: You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing handled by Stripe.

Update Payment Method: Click "Manage Subscription" to open the secure Stripe portal where you can update your credit card or download past receipts.

5. Logging In & Security

Login URL: Access your dashboard at app.crewopspro.com/auth.

Password Reset: If you or a team member forgets a password, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen to receive a secure reset link via email.

Session Security: The system automatically refreshes your secure tokens. If you are inactive for an extended period, you may be asked to log in again to protect your data.
